Company History

• Incorporated in 2003 under the name PT Royal Chemie Indonesia as a holding company of two chemical manufacturing companies; PT Eternal Buana Chemical Industries (EBCI) and PT Eterindo Nusa Graha (ENG).
• In 2014, the company acquired 92.88% of PT Tridomain Chemicals (TDC), the sole producer of Acrylamide in South East Asia.
• In 2016, the company rebrands itself into PT Tridomain Performance Materials TPM). In the same year, the company acquired 80% of PT Petronika (PNK), one of only three plasticizer producers in Indonesia. Hence, together with ENG, made the company as a dominant plasticizer producer in Indonesia.
