中期業績升 137%
東風集團 2021 年上半年的銷售收入為 698.56 億元人民幣，較去年同期增加 38.1%，收
入的增長主要來自于東風商用車，東風柳汽，東風標緻雪鐵龍和東風汽車財務，另外
去年疫情造成的低基數也是原因之一，相較 2019 年同期則增長 44.6%；
歸屬股東淨利潤為 86.29 億元，同比增加 136.9%，和 2019 年上半年相比較，增長了
1.5%。
每股收益 1.00 元，公司擬派發特別股息：每股 40 分，派息率達 40%，較以往 20%左
右的派息率有大幅提升，主要彌補因為籌備 A 股上市暫停了 2020 年末期息。公司表示
如在 A 股成功上市，今後將提高派息比率至 40%。
