    For Dehong, the latest flash estimates of the URA private property price index, any thoughts on key developer stocks that might be positively impacted. I noticed quite a big recovery for the CCR region.

    1Q18’s 3.1% QoQ growth was fastest since 2010, CCR has been a laggard play since most of the price gains till last year end has been centred around OCR properties due to a higher number of launches. Important to also note that on top of strengthening price gains, transaction volumes have been strong too. FIrst 2 mths vol was up 14% YoY. In recent launches we also saw strong take up rates such as for CDL’s The Tapestry (Tampines) which was 37% sold in only the first weekend. This continued momentun bodes well for developer stocks, which we remain overweight on. Proxys to the recovery in OCR market amongst our coverage include CDL, and Ho Bee Land.
