U.S. Senate: Georgia Runoff
At the time of writing, vote counts suggest that the Democrats are in the lead to win over the Senate. In order to take control of the Senate, both Democrats, Warnock and Ossoff, have to clinch their seats in Georgia to secure a 50:50 split and give a tie-breaking vote to Vice-President Kamala Harris. Military and absentee overseas ballots are still being counted, with a deadline for all votes to be received by Friday, 5pm. However, these votes are unlikely to overturn current results, given the margin lead already achieved.
